Terms of Use

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms apply when you use cascadehoneycompany.com, order honey, or run a fundraiser with Cascade Honey Company LLC, a Washington limited liability company ("Cascade Honey Company", "we", "us").

Ordering

  • Prices are shown on each fundraiser page and charged when you order. Prices may change, but you pay the price shown when you check out.
  • Fundraiser orders are delivered to the organization running the fundraiser on the delivery date shown on its fundraiser page, usually 7–10 days after it closes. Your pickup person collects your order from the organization. We're not responsible for orders after we've handed them to the organization.
  • Cancellations, damaged jars and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Our products

Our honey is raw and natural, and its flavor and color vary from harvest to harvest. Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months old.

Product labels list ingredients and any warnings that apply. Please read them before use, especially if you have allergies to bee products.

Running a fundraiser

  • We review every application and may decline any application.
  • Your group earns the percentage of sales agreed when we set up your fundraiser, based on sales after refunds and not including tax.
  • We pay by check, usually when we deliver the honey. If our payments to your organization add up to more than $2,000 in a calendar year, we'll need a completed W-9 before paying beyond that amount.
  • Your group agrees to share its fundraiser page honestly, and to get each order to the right person after delivery.
  • Honey Ambassador accounts are for the people helping run your fundraiser. Keep your sign-in private, and don't forward invitation links.

Accounts

You're responsible for activity on your account. Please give us accurate information and keep your password safe.

Using our site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break it, access other people's information, or place fraudulent orders. We may cancel orders or close accounts that do.

Our content

Our name, logo, photos and writing belong to Cascade Honey Company LLC. Fundraiser partners may use them to promote their own fundraiser with us.

Limits on our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site running and orders accurate, but the site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
