What you’ll need
Less than you think. We run everything else.
- A school group or nonprofit: parent group, booster club, team, or other organization.
- One volunteer coordinator to share the order link with families.
- A pickup spot and day where families collect their jars.
- A W-9 from your treasurer or an officer, showing your EIN and payee. A club can use its parent organization’s. It never holds up your drive.
- A drive window: we recommend 2 weeks, but you can make it longer or shorter to fit your calendar. Honey and your check arrive 7–10 days after close.

Does it cost us anything?
No. Families pay when they order, and you never buy, store, or count inventory.
When do we get paid?
On delivery day. Your check for the full 20% is handed over with the honey.
Who is the check made out to?
Your organization, never an individual. Clubs paid through a parent organization get "FBO [your club]" on the memo.
Do we handle cash or order slips?
No. Families order and pay through your drive’s link with secure online checkout.
How do jars reach each family?
We deliver everything to your pickup spot, sorted by family name or by class or team, with a pick list.
How fast can we start?
Fill out the short form. We confirm your group, and your page is usually live within a day.
What if a jar arrives damaged?
Let us know and we’ll replace it. Nothing comes out of your earnings.
