Our local honey, from our hives and other beekeepers in Clark County. Honey is a crop, so wildflower honey changes from year to year and even hive to hive. Ours is shaped by local flowers and the wild blackberries that grow all around us. People who taste it are often surprised by how much flavor it has.
Meadowfoam

One of our favorites. Meadowfoam is a darker honey with a delightful vanilla and marshmallow flavor. It comes from Oregon's Willamette Valley, one of the few places in the world that produces it.
